In a press release today SEGA may have unintentionally (or not) revealed the release period for the Wii-U. Said press released was talking about the inclusion of Disney’s Wreck-it Ralph in SEGA’S up and coming Sonic & All-Stars Racing game.
Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed will be available on the Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, PlayStation 3 computer entertainment system, PlayStation Vita system, the Nintendo 3DS hand-held system, Nintendo’s Wii U system and Windows PC Digital Download this November.
November is a sort of legitimate release month since it sort of is Holiday 2012, although people really don’t treat Thanksgiving as a holiday. There’s been a lot of speculation surrounding the release date of the Wii-U, some even saying it could come out as early as October. Nintendo is keeping their mouth shut, saying they will released the information, along with the pricing for the Wii-U “soon”.
Nintendo can’t hold back much longer since Holiday 2012 is coming soon and many people, like myself, need to know how to adjust their budgets gosh darn it! Seriously though, Nintendo really seems to be holding out for something. You might even think that they’re rushing to finish development or get as many launch titles as they can. Which is understandable, the 3DS didn’t do well until a significant price drop and tons more titles for the system. All I can say is, HURRY UP!
