EA has taken the listing down as of this writing, but looking at the picture above you can see Pre-ordering Medal of Honor: Warfighter on Origin would have gained buyers access to the Battlefield 4 beta. EA and DICE have yet to make a Battlefield 4 announcement of any kind.

It really should not be a surprise that a sequel is in the works. I mean they are set to make Battlefield 3 DLC until March 2013 and 800,000 people have signed up for Battlefield Premium.

EA president Frank Gibeau sort of confirmed in an off-handed comment last year that Battlefield 4 was coming.
