EA and Bioware have today announced Mass Effect 3: Earth, the latest downloadable multiplayer content for ME3.  The new DLC, which will be available for FREE(!), will include three new maps within London, Vancouver and Rio De Janeiro.

Players will get to know a new team of N7 forces, which include N7 Demolisher Engineer, N7 Destroyer Soldier, N7 Fury Adept, N7 Sentinel Paladin, N7 Shadow Infiltrator and N7 Slayer Vanguard, who have been called upon to protect our own backyard.  New weapons, upgrades and a new Platinum difficulty level will encompass the DLC, along with a new mission objective.

Mass Effect 3: Earth will be available for download on July 17 via Xbox Live and Origin, as well as on the PlayStation Network.  Europe will get this content one day later, on July 18.
