JDL: Just Add Water was to release the HD update of Oddworld: Stranger’s Wrath on Xbox Live due to being unable to meet file size requirements.

Chris: What kind of s**t is that?!

JDL: Once the developers corrected things there, Microsoft rejected the title for not meeting sales requirements on PC and PS3, so the devs called it a day and gave up on releasing the game on Xbox Live at all. Forever. FOR. EV. ER.

“The boat has really passed on that one,” a community rep said. “We’re winding up development on Stranger’s Wrath HD and Munch’s Oddysee HD. Blame Microsoft for not letting us publish on Xbox 360.”

But hey, don’t worry, the PS3 version is getting an update, if that’s your thing.

JDL: Me neither. Anyway, a new patch will add 3DTV support, PlayStation Move support, YouTube video recording and uploading, and the game is also heading to PS Vita — if that’s your kind of thing either.
