SimCity made a big splash in 1989, but it is poised to make an even bigger splash when it returns next year on the PC. Highlighted in this new trailer and sampling of new screenshots from E3 are the mechanics that will help power the iconic franchise into this new generation of technology; while much hasn’t changed in the way of the game’s focus on and prowess within urban simulation, the enhanced visuals appear to go a long way in making an archaic experience feel more current and applicable to a modern audience.
