38 Studios has released a new clip of their Project Copernicus MMO.

The trailer is a flyover of various environments in the game. For anyone that played Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning, it should look fairly familiar visually.

In addition, Rhode Island governor Lincoln Chafee said at a press conference the following about the MMO’s release date: “What I understand is Copernicus is June of ’13.”

Considering we’ve heard basically nothing about the game until the trailer, this comes as a bit of a surprise. Hopefully, more info starts being released soon. In the meantime, check out the trailer below.
