Well now that we know who’s getting the covert for Madden NFL 13, it’s time to find out who will be the cover athlete for EA’s NHL 13.

However, voting for that coveted spot is still going on; in fact it’s in the quarterfinal stage right now as eight athletes remain.

Beginning today, NHL fans can cast their votes at NHL.com to advance their favorite player into the semifinal, before the winner is unveiled at the 2012 NHL Awards on June 20 in Las Vegas.

• May 18 – May 23: Quarterfinals – Bracket B matchups open for voting
