Square Enix sent a press release out today confirming that Hitman: Absolution will be in stores Nov. 20.

In addition to coming out a few days before Thanksgiving, Square Enix also announced that Hitman: Sniper Challenge is a separate game that can be obtained through pre-orders at GameStop.

The challenge, available starting May 15, will have Agent 47 trying to take out a target and his bodyguards while sniping from a rooftop. Better scores will unlock equipment that can be transferred to Absolution. Also, the best snipers in North America, tracked on the leaderboard, will earn a trip for two to Copenhagen, Denmark, to meet the development team.

A version of the game will be available on Steam Aug. 1. Details on getting access to that version will come later.
