Colossal Mayhem, Excessive Force DLC Packs Bring Further Destruction to Prototype 2
Prototype 2 is a rare game about which I can say that there is little room for added violence; already, the title allows players to enact heinous levels of chaos within the city formerly known as New York City. Today, Radical Entertainment has bolstered the level of brutality available to players with the release of the first batch of downloadable content, Colossal Mayhem, and announced an even further extension on the title’s visceral nature, Excessive Force, set to be released later this month.
With Colossal Mayhem, two new powers are added to James Heller’s already astonishing arsenal: a Thermobaric Boomstick and Warp Vortex, Anti-Gravity Field, and Air Time Force-Multiplier Powers. Also added are aesthetic changes to the game’s protagonist as users can choose to outfit Heller as a test subject, infected, or as an infantry soldier. In Excessive Force, players are given the Viral Infector Grenade Launcher, Shockwave, Chaos Creator Mode, and Medusa’s Wrath Force-Multiplier Powers as well as three new costumes: Armored Heller, Agile Armor Alex Mercer, and Zombie Mercer.
The Colossal Mayhem DLC pack for Prototype 2 is available now on both the Playstation Network and Xbox Live Marketplace for $4.99 (400 MS Points). Excessive Force will launch for both platforms at the same price on May 29.

These look like some nice additions. I still need to check this game out. Had a lot of fun with the first one.
