Capcom FY 2012 Earnings Down

Capcom has announced that sales were down 16 percent in FY 2012 from last year.

The company earned about 82.1 billion yen, with the Consumer Online Games division earning 53.5 billion of that.

The dip in sales is partially because of Dragon’s Dogma being pushed from last year to this year, along with bigger game sales the previous year.

However, both Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City and Street Fighter X Tekken sold over 1 million copies. Meanwhile, Monster Hunter Tri-G, the 3DS version in Japan, sold 1.6 million copies.
