Some new details have surfaced about the Elder Scrolls Online MMORPG and it hasn’t even been a day yet since the game was first announced! According to a post on NeoGAF the game has been in development since 2007. Full voice acting will be incorporated into the game, although I’m sure you’ll find a few NPC’s that sound alike. Unfortunately or fortunately for you dear readers the game will be played in a third person view. I myself have always played Elder Scrolls games in a first person view because it’s easier to spot small things like rings and coins plus it just feels awesome to be in first person view. Although a third person view is definitely advantageous in an MMO setting.
The Elder Scrolls Online will be set 1,000 years before Skyrim and will take you all across Tamriel, well most of it anyways. Certain areas will be available in expansions. Get ready to stuff your money down Bethesda’s giant throat dear readers.
Anyways, if you’re interested we have some screens for the Elder Scrolls online below. In a fancy slideshow no less! Have at it.
