One publisher will be missing from the show floor at E3 this year.
Polygon is reporting that THQ will not have a booth at E3 this year.
However, a spokesperson said that they will still be at E3.
“We will be showing games to the E3 judges at their event coming up [E3 Judges’ Week occurs in the lead-up to the show where gaming outlets are given advance access to games for scoring], and we’ll be hosting a press and business center at the show for meetings (as well as participating with first party activities),” the spokesperson said.
“When we needed to make the decision on the booth (many months ago), we were in a MUCH different place than today. But we will be there to support our portfolio and the show itself.”
THQ added that local events will be hosted for the media to check out their upcoming games.
