It’s Thursday, which of course means it’s time to fire up those Nintendo systems and see what’s new in the eShop and Shop Channel.

In this week’s update, Colors! 3D hits the eShop, letting players get their painting and doodling on.  The app features a robust set of painting tools that provides plenty of options for serious artists or for those who just want to get in a quick drawing.

TNT Racers also makes its way onto the Wii via WiiWare – a multiplayer racer with funky tracks and plenty of gadgets to equip.

The Nintendo Video Channel on the 3DS also gets the worldwide exclusive premiere of “The Rifle’s Spiral”, a stop-motion animation by the Shins, which actually becomes available on 4/6.

DSi owners will also see Penguin Patrol, a puzzle-strategy game available as a DSiWare title.

Finally, gamers can tune into this week’s Nintendo Show 3D via their 3DS’s to see an exclusive interview with Warren Spector, who discusses Disney Epic Mickey: The Power of Two and Disney Epic Mickey: Power of Illusion.
