Desmond Not Taking a Back Seat in Assassin’s Creed: III

We’ve all been getting excited about the release of Assassin’s Creed: III. What with the tomahawks and the hidden blades and the American Revolution. It’s all sounds like so much fun. However, where has the news about Desmond been? Well, we’ve got some for you Team Desmond peoples. In an interview with CVG, Assassin’s Creed: III’s lead writer, Matt Turner, had this to say about Desmond’s part in the game:

All I can say about Desmond’s story is you’re going to experience more Desmond than you’ve ever had before. We’re spending more time on the present than we have in past games. It’s a big part of our story and I don’t really want to give too many details away because I want people to experience what that is. But rest assured, you’re going to see a lot of Desmond. More so than in any past game.

A lot of Desmond eh? They better up the graphics when they switch to the future then. It always irked me that the graphics in the future were crappy compared to the graphics when playing Ezio or Altair. Anyways, Assassin’s Creed: III will be out on October 30th for North America.
