Darksiders II puts players in the illustrious shoes of Death, one of the four horsemen of the Apocalypse, as he battles through the minions of good and evil across the realms of light and dark. It may be the end of the world, but Darksiders II won’t just be bringing bad news with it when the game launches on June 26; all pre-order customers will be entitled to a special, Limited Edition version of the game.

The Limited Edition of Darksiders II comes packed with a physical copy of the game alongside a download code for Argul’s Tomb, the first bit of DLC set to launch for the single-player adventure, that can be redeemed as soon as the pack is available.

Players interested in shelling out more than the standard retail price can obtain the Darksiders II Collector’s Edition which bundles the highly anticipated title with a replica of Death’s mask (complete with stand), a special Shadow of Death scythe and armor set brimming with improved stats, a hard-cover edition of the Darksiders II Art Book, and a digital download of the Darksiders II original soundtrack. All of this comes at the total price of $99 and can be preordered at Amazon, Best Buy, EB Games, Gamestop, Walmart, and the store found on THQ’s corporate website, THQ.com.

Darksiders II, whether your edition be Limited or Collector, is set to be released on June 26 for PC, Playstation 3, and Xbox 360. A version for the Wii U is set to follow when the console launches.
