Kabam has taken a leap into the tablet world by bringing a version of its MMO “Kingdoms of Camelot” to Apple’s App Store. With over 15 million players worldwide, the company believes it will gain a strong following by creating versions of the game for the iPad, iPhone, and iPad Touch. The game, called Kingdoms of Camelot: Battle for the North will be a free-to-play MMO.

Kabam plans to bring more “hardcore” games into the App Store, utilizing the multi-touch interface to create dynamic game representations that do justice to players of MMO games on Apple devices.
