Many of you had fallen in love with the 2011 hit Mortal Kombat. Since then there have numerous updates and downloadable content featuring new characters, costumes, and game play. If you happened to be able to purchase all of it, you would find yourself more than likely spending a lot more on this game than you had originally intended.

However, you have the option as of Tuesday to pick up the complete collection for the PS3 and the Xbox 360. With this new edition, not only are you going to be able to play as the DLC characters Skarlet, Kenshi, and Rain (Non K-pop Star). If you though the in-game DLC was good, well guess what? You will also be given digital downloads of the soundtrack that was inspired by this game which is called Mortal Kombat: Songs Inspired by the Warriors. This soundtrack was produced by the artist JFK from MSTRKRFT and a special remix by Skrillex.

In addition to the soundtrack, the DLC, and the game. You will be extremely happy to know that you also recieve a digital download for the classic 1995 movie Mortal Kombat. Even though the movie may not have been the best ever, it was by far the best MK movie ever.

When they released Mortal Kombat last year, the team had brought it back to its roots by putting it in a 2-d fighting field. Not only that, they also were able to incorporate a deep story into the game without detracting from the overall fighting.  These, along with incorporating new modes of play really made this one of the best releases of 2011.

Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition is available now for the PS3 and XBOX 360 for 59.99. Fight.
