Nintendo 3DS Turns 1 in Japan
NintendoLife has reminded everyone today that the Nintendo 3DS has officially celebrated its first birthday in Japan this week – the handheld was released on Feb. 26, 2011.
According to the report, 3DS owners in Japan are receiving a special Satoru Iwata Mii in their StreetPass Plaza, which sounds pretty cool to us. The handheld turns 1 in North America, but no word as to whether we’ll get some sort of goodie like that. Maybe Reggie will visit us too!
