Hide yo kids and hide yo wife cuz Mutant Blobs are on the loose! Tales From Space: Mutant Blobs Attack for the PS Vita landed on the  scene February 21st and I’m here to give you a little sneak peek into the game.

Mutant Blobs Attack is the sequel to “Tales From Space: About A Blob”. In both games you are a blob (in the second game you are a mutant blob) and your job is simple: absorb stuff so you can grow bigger. There obviously more to it than that and I’ll get there in a minute dear readers. First take a look at the opening cinematic of Mutant Blobs Attack.

Poor blobs…getting tortured like that. Just makes you want to cry huh? Well after the opening cinematic you are flung into the human world as an itsy bitsy blob. You have to solve puzzles, jump, and absorb things to make your way through the world. New to this game are powers like telekinesis and magnetism, both of which come in very handy. Telekinesis allows you to move objects that have a green light on them while magnetism allows to you repel yourself or attract yourself towards purple glowing metal objects.

The guys who made this game did such a great job. I had so much fun absorbing items, people, and tanks! You will definitely spend hours enjoying this game. I highly recommend it if you love platformers and have a thing for squishy mutant balls. Tales From Space: Mutant Blobs Attack is out NOW.
