COD Elite’s Content Coming for Premium Members on February 28th

For all of you that have been eagerly waiting for your Call of Duty Elite service to provide you with something a little more tangible. Activision has announced recently that the upcoming content season for premium members begins on February 28 for PSN users.

Of this nine month season, where there will be a steady trickle of new content featuring Liberation and Piazza.

Liberation is a map pack that takes place in Central Park in New York City. In this war-zone, which is set up for long range combat, you will be fighting you enemies in a battle for total domination. Piazza, the second piece of content will be set in an Italian village by the sea. With a maze of pathways and blind corners around every turn, close quarter combat is what you will be expecting from all directions.

That being said, Elite subscribers will get the access before regular users and there has not been a date given for that to happen yet.

I am glad to see these updates coming better late than never, but it would have been nice to see it happen a little earlier, especially during the holiday season to help build the online section of the game.
