The Ubisoft studio RedLynx has excitedly released the first gameplay trailer for their upcoming Xbox Live Arcade release, Trials Evolution. They are promising a Spring 2012 release and probably a lot of things that will blow up. I, personally, am in favor of both.

“We hope this trailer really gets across everything we are bringing to Trials Evolution that makes this game more than a sequel, but a real evolution of Trials,” said Tero Virtala, Managing Director of RedLynx. I can’t imagine where they came up with the title for this game.

The sequel to Trials is looking to cash in on user-created content, providing players with an in-game editor to create their own tracks. “We’re especially excited by the power of the in-game editor,” said Antti Ilvessuo, Creative Director of RedLynx and lead designer on Trials Evolution. “When people talk about games that feature amazing user-generated content and free sharing with other players, Trials Evolution is going to enter that conversation in a big way.”
