Bethesda will soon offer The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Creation Kit as a free download via Steam.
To get would-be modders excited, the publisher has just put out this preview video of what gamers can expect to see from the tool.
The Skyrim Workshop will allow users to easily upload, download, and install their mods into the game.
