If you are like me and still have a difficult time justifying paying 60.00 to play games online for Xbox, today, we are in luck.

Amazon.com is now offering an entire year of Xbox Live for only 39.99 which is 33% off its regular price of 59.99. Does this mean that we will see a more permanent price drop in the future for Xbox live?  Who knows, all I can speak to that is that with their new initiative of trying to get america to get rid of their cable boxes, this is a great way to make that more accessible to everyone and now that they are including more options for paid content such as incorporating Pay-Per-View UFC fights and constantly updating their direct download video service. They are moving in the right direction.
