Konami has today, finally announced the release date for Metal Gear Solid Snake Eater 3D for the Nintendo 3DS.
The game, which is a 3D remake of the original PS2 game and takes place during the Cold War of the 60s, will arrive on the handheld on Feb. 21.
MGSSE 3D will also make use of the 3DS’ Circle Pad attachment, though it is not required.
Konami says the game will also feature a new camouflage photography system which lets Snake alter his attire to match and blend in with his current environment. Gamers will also be able to take pictures of real-life items and create a camouflage suit based on them.
