Shigeru Miyamoto is a busy, busy man. Aside from working on Luigi’s Mansion 2 for the 3DS and Pikmin 3 for the Wii-U, he’s got his own little side-project going on. It’s a completely original title, and he seems pretty excited about it. “If you ask me, ‘Is it too much pressure to try to come out with something new?’ I have to say no, I’m enjoying myself,” Miyamoto stated.

We can’t help but be excited by this news. Everything Miyamoto has done in the past has been noteworthy and usually damn good. No reason to expect a re-energized Miyamoto not to give us something new and awesome.
