Ubisoft Quebec, the studio behind Assassin’s Creed, is currently working on a lot of letters. Specifically, AAA MMO. This news has been confirmed via job postings for the company, which requests “experienced level designers to help create and populate the world for a AAA MMO project.”

Perhaps most interestingly is their search for a Cloud computing specialist. The job listing states, “The position holder will adapt and optimize a modern rendering system used for AAA gaming so as to make it compatible in Cloud architecture. Distributed programming, Virtualization and Cloud new technologies will be part of your daily activities.”

Could this be an Assassin’s Creed MMO? How will they impliment the cloud? Will it be an entirely new IP? We don’t have the answers to any of these questions, but it seemed like it would build drama to ask them.
