It’s been a long 2011 and now the year has finally come to an end. Now that the year is 2012, it’s time for new beginnings, new people, and new video games. Sure we know a few things that are coming out this year like Bioshock Infinite and some other games. However, here’s a list of what I would like to see this year.

Kingdom Hearts 3

Square Enix has been making us wait ever so long for this title. Sure we’ve had Re:Coded and now 3D coming to keep the KH fans at bay. However, we’ve really been anxious to finally hear some sliver of news about the title. I myself would actually like to see this title on  multiple platforms, mainly because I only own an XBOX 360…for now. Come on Square! We want our Kingdom Hearts 3!

Assassin’s Creed: ???

Revelations left me wanting for more stabby stabby action and not too long ago Ubisoft was asking viewers where the next location for Assassin’s Creed should be. I preferably think the next location should be somewhere in either China or Japan, preferably Japan. Who knows? Ezio is gone and we’ll also need a new protagonist as well. Well the next main character of Assassin’s Creed be a female?

Final Fantasy XV

It’s coming, we all know it is. Things may be tight thought for a 2012 release. Square Enix is launching Final Fantasy XIII-2 soon but they may have already started the process of developing Final Fantasy XV since XIII-2 was done months ago. Let’s hope that the devs at Square do better this time.

Batman: Arkham World

Yes, I know that Rocksteady claims that Arkham World is not the next title for the Arkham series but I had to put something there didn’t I? Arkham City was just such an amazing game and I can not wait to sink my teeth into the next Batman title.

Portal 3

COME ON VALVE WHERE IS MY PORTAL 3? After a disappointing speech from Wheatley that fans thought for sure would give some clue as to the next Portal game, I am wanting Portal 3 more than ever. What’s going to happen? Will Chell end up at Black Mesa? Will GLaDOS/Caroline step in to save the day? I don’t know! Plus all of the rumors about the next Half-Life game seem to be false.

Some Sort of Megaman X remake

This is just something I wanted to throw out here. Megaman X was my favorite game back in the day and I really want to see a release other than Maverick Hunter X and crappy iOS version. Is that too much to ask Capcom?
