According to GameStop, their iOS trade-in has be a “successful” promotion. Well, who would know better than GameStop? The trade-in started in September and offers up to $180 for an iPod Touch, $300 for an iPhone, and $400 for an iPad.

The company won’t give out specific numbers or details about the program, but GameStop president Tony Bartel stated, “”The velocity of this trade program has exceeded our expectations.” Some numbers will come out once the holiday sales information is released next week. The company plans to continue the iDevice trade-ins and offering refurbished options as more and more come in.
