While Army Corps of Hell isn’t actually as cute or adorable as Pikmin, it sure does feel like it. Basically, the premise of the game is that you’re some overlord dude and you have these goblin things that follow you around. You go through different levels and fight different enemies to gain flesh. To attack enemies you lob your minions at the enemy and when you have enough you press the circle button to do an all out attack.

So yes, this game has some similarities to the Pikmin franchise however it’s a completely different game aside from the minions (pikmin) and throwing them at your enemies. The game has a very casual feel to it and doesn’t seem to be as labor intensive as Pikmin. Instead of creating minions you find them in cages and free them. This is similar to Rayman but the minions you free become a part of your army instead of the lums that don’t really do anything.
