Rumors of a sequel to the LEGO Batman game have been floating around the internet for some time now. Thanks to a little sleuthing and some insider information (presumably acquired by a guy who dressed up like a LEGO man and broke into the factory), there is confirmation of LEGO Batman 2 – Super Heroes.

The rumor was confirmed thanks to some ads on the instruction booklets (you know, those things you threw away because you were going to build it all by your self) of the new Super Hero LEGO playsets. The ad features appearances of Superman and Wonder Woman as well as Robin and the Batman. It also reveals that the game will be available on the Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii, 3DS, and at least one Sony platform, but probably both the PS3 and PS Vita. No official release date, but at least we know it’s a real thing now.
