Looks like Amazon.com has begun taking pre-orders for PlayStation Vita, which is scheduled for a Feb. 22 release.

The Wi-Fi models can be pre-ordered now for $249.99, while the 3G + Wi-Fi version is up for $299.99.

Additionally, Amazon has a bundle available for release one week earlier (Feb. 15) that includes the Wi-Fi model, a copy of Little Deviants, a carrying case and a 4GB memory card for $349.99.

Free shipping is being offered for each package, which will be good news to folks who are breaking the bank to pick up one of these suckers in about 10 weeks.
