With the new Battlefield 3 PS3 update now live, an assortment of 10 new weapons have been added in preparation for the Back To Karkand DLC. Each class will get a few more guns to play with. The Medic class will receive the PP-19 smg, MK3A1 shotgun, and the L85A2 and Famas assault rifles. The Engineer gets the Hk53 smg, and the QBZ-95B. The Support gets 2 new light machine guns to mow enemies down with the MG36 and QBB-95.  While the Recon also gets 2 new weapons to pick off enemies from afar with the QBU-88 and the L96 sniper rifles. While the new weapons are free, the new map and vehicles will cost 15 dollars or 1200 ms points.

The Back to Karkand DLC will be available first on PS3 December 7th, and later on the 14th for Xbox 360 and PC.
