EA is keeping very busy with its football franchise. FIFA 12 hit the pitch in September 2011 and was snatched up at a record 3.2 million copies in its first week – more than any sports game in the history of video games.
FIFA Street is looking to provide a fresh take on the “downtown soccer” franchise in March 2012, trading caricature for realism.
And, of course, the February-bound PS Vita is getting its own exclusive FIFA title, FIFA World Class Soccer. Features include extensive support for the Vita’s touch capabilities – aim your shots and free kicks, or take control of the right defender with just a touch – as well as 11 vs. 11 online play and over 500 clubs.
