In what may come as a surprising trend, a bunch of players of one really nerdy game are going to leave it to go play another really nerdy game. Shocking, we know.

According to a recent survey, nearly half the user base of World of Warcraft have grown tired of the game. After all, there’s only so many ways to max out your character before you’ve seen it all (like, I don’t know, one). Some of those restless players, up to 1.6 million of them, will be leaving the repetitive, tireless grind of WoW…to do the exact same thing in space. Many of those players leaving will try their hand at Star Wars: The Old Republic. It’s a brave new world for you guys. Godspeed.
