Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Beta launches Nov 30th
If you happen to be lucky enough to own a CS:GO key, you might be happy to know that the closed beta launches in just a few days. As tweeted by the devs, it all starts Wednesday, November 30th to be precise. Current Counter-Strike players should be able to get in at some point as well, but currently there’s no word when that might be. CS:GO is expected to be a major upgrade from current CS: Source – having updated graphics, new maps, characters and dozens of tweaks – but it isn’t considered as a full sequel to the series. When, or if, Counter-Strike 2 will be introduced is currently unknown, but it might be along with Half-Life 3 – whenever that may be 🙂
