After months of work and weeks of testing the upcoming HD remake of Oddworld: Stranger’s Wrath, developed by Just Add Water Ltd. in collaboration with Oddworld Inhabitants, will soon be released. Although no specific release date is currently known, the game has been officially given a rating – meaning it is, either fully or almost fully, complete. The ESRB has rated the game “T” for “Teen” in the States and PEGI has rated the title “12” in Europe.
In addition to this, Stranger’s Wrath HD is currently being submitted to Sony for a PS3 (PSN) release – only further confirming the game’s launch is right around the corner. Even better news is the fact that after Stranger’s Wrath HD debuts, the team will start focusing on the development of other Oddworld games from the series – namely “Munch’s Oddysee HD” and “Abe HD”. I hope you’re excited, because certainly we are! 🙂
