As if the Angry Birds franchise wasn’t already unavoidable enough, a PC release of the game will be coming out before year’s end. Apparently folks in UK, Ireland, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand, the countries that will be getting the PC release, can’t get enough of the game on their phone and need to be able to play it on their desktop as well.

The original title that started it all, Angry Birds, will be coming out later this month. It will be followed shortly thereafter by Angry Birds: Rio before the holidays and lastly Angry Birds: Seasons in early 2012. Now when you get home from your long commute during which you pass the time by playing Angry Birds, you can sit down at your computer and relax with a game of Angry Birds. Then have an Angry Birds microwavable dinner and a bowl of Angry Birds ice cream before crawling under your Angry Birds quilt and dream of slaughtering pigs to save eggs.
