Man Takes Lemons And Threatens To Blow Up Best Buy Over a Copy of Modern Warfare 3
Sometimes in life we hear “when life gives you lemons, make lemonade” , other people tend to lean towards the Cave Johnsonism of “When life gives you lemons, don’t make lemonade – make life take the lemons back!” That is exactly what Loromin Sar from Colorado decided to do when he threatened to bomb Best Buy and shoot it’s employee’s for not having his copy of Modern Warfare 3 in stock.
According to local authorities in Aurura, Colorado the 31 year old Sar was a bit let down, when the Best Buy (tried to hand him Battlefield 3 ) told him they were out of Modern Warfare 3 copies. Now if I was him, I would of gladly taken the copy of BF3 and walked away with a skip in my step and a smile on my face. But Sar wasn’t like that, so he decided to ask employees what time they got off work so he could come back and shoot them. This didn’t go over well with Best Buy employees as they decided to call local authorities and Sar’s was detained shortly leaving the parking lot.
Aurora’s police detective Bob Friel got to have a little fun with the official statement.“Investigating officers issued a criminal summons to a man who threatened to carry out his own version of Modern Warfare at the electronics store. Fortunately, this situation did not end in violence.”
Modern Warfare 3 is now available for PS3, 360, and soon for PC.
