Are you a cannibal put down by the moral ties of society? You find a delicious specimen only to be stopped by Jiminy Cricket? Well, you can now virtually cannibalize in the Elder Scrolls V! Yes…umm…YEAH. This entry BBCF’s for Skyrim website says it all:

A section where you make the choice whether to join a group of cannibals in eating human flesh.

Well you won’t find me nomming on human flesh. I’d much rather have a frog or butterfly.
