Tablets Launch in 200 GameStops

After the September promise of Android tablets in stores, GameStop has filled their shelves with just that. 200 GameStop stores nation wide will have the branded tablets available for retail. This comes after a successful test run with the products at select stores.

The tablets come baring the GameStop logo, but come from Asus, Samsung, and Acer. All are priced to compete with the rest of the tablet market and come with seven games preloaded into the tablet. Games included in the GameStop tablet are Dead Space, Madden NFL, and GameStop’s very own Kongregate Arcade app. You’ll also get the joy of having the GameStop employee scoff at your purchase and then offer you a trade-in of 1/16th the value immediately after you buy it, but they don’t advertise that part as much.
