Netflix Uncertainty About Video Games

It seems that Netflix is having a hard time making up it’s mind about stuff lately. What with the Qwikster launch and dismantling and now this statement by Netflix CEO Reed Hastings:

We have yet to decide whether or not to offer video game discs. The decision will have little financial impact either way

Little financial impact either way? After the downfall of Qwikster, Netflix’s stock took a dive. Yesterday it was at 37% and overall is 75% lower than it’s normal high. All of this indecision seems to be making quite a significant financial impact. Netflix is just trying to be nonchalant about things I guess.

Anyways dear readers, what difference would it make if Netflix added games to their service? Would companies like Gamefly and Onlive have competition?
