Nintendo Europe announced a new 3DS firmware will be available for download on November 4. At least in Europe. But it is believed that the firmware will be available in across the world in the same period of time.

What will the firmware bring? Good question. It’s difficult to tell since the press conference came out of Europe and I don’t speak European (that’s what they speak there, right?), but reports are saying the update will bring a few things to gamers. Included will be a new StreetPass game, improvements to the eShop, and 3D video recording. Because your vision isn’t 3D enough.
