Warner Bros. Not Stopping with Batman in DC Universe

If you haven’t heard, Batman: Arkham City came out yesterday. I know, I’m surprised you missed it too, what with the fact that it’s only the best thing ever of all time. But if you’re not into Batman, worry not: Your favorite DC Comics hero might be getting their own game with Warner Bros. soon, too.

Warner Interactive president Martin Tremblay revealed a busy upcoming schedule for the publisher during an interview with the LA Times. Next up on the Warner Bros. plate is a game based on Peter Jackson’s Hobbit film, which I believe will be a political commentary about dealing with little people stereotypes in Middle Earth. They’ve also got two more LEGO titles coming out that will revisit the worlds of Batman and Harry Potter.

Perhaps of the most interests though, is Tremblay’s mention of another DC Comics game that could be coming down the pipes. There’s not much more than that known, as all he revealed was “a game featuring a superhero from Warner’s DC Comics unit.” That leaves plenty of options, but if it’s anything like the Batman series they’ve put together, they can plug in anyone they want and it’ll be amazing. More information to come, but in the mean time, which hero do you hope they’ll take on next?
