Batman: Arkham City is Awesome. DLC? Not So Much.
It wouldn’t be a major game launch if something didn’t go wrong. Sadly, the fantastic Rocksteady and Warner Bros. release suffers from a DLC problem. Batman: Arkham City gives players a great game, but if they want to grab the Catwoman or Robin character or the Joker challenge map DLC they might not be as satisfied.
According to reports from across the web, some games have shipped with DLC codes that don’t work, while others just don’t have a code printed at all. The problem has encompassed every DLC download, so no pre-order package is safe. That’s not to say every code isn’t working, many are. But there have been issues across the board.
While this could be a major issue, Warner Bros. seems to be on top of things and are taking the initiative to fix the problem immediately. They’ve directed people to their Twitter page for updates, using it as their Bat Signal of failures. We give them credit for being on top of the fix, though. Is your game and DLC working properly?
