Modern Warfare 3, Pepsi Don’t Want You to Exercise

There’s no denying the major impact of the Call of Duty series. If you have a television or have been on the internet in the past six months, you’ve more than likely seen advertisements and discussions about the new Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 that drops in November. Now, with the help of Pepsi, you won’t be able to leave your house without having the game right in your face.

The promotion, called ” Rank Up XP,” allows gamers to redeem Double XP time in-game from Pepsi product purchases. The idea is that for every Mountain Dew you drink and bag of Doritios you eat, the more experience you’ll be able to gain in Modern Warfare 3. What this in essence means is that Pepsi and Activision want to fatten you up a bit.

Check out the chart below to see the reward system for terrible eating habits and watch for the next promotion, where Activision will team up with the Center to Prevent Childhood Obesity to reward XP bonuses based on the type of diabetes you’ve been diagnosed with.
