Neversoft is probably best know in the gaming world for their skateboarding franchise Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater and all its other inceptions, and the plastic music mastery of the Guitar Hero series. With both franchises being shelved in the past year, it looks like Neversoft is starting to look for staff members to help create a first-person shooter.

Neversoft is owned by Activision, who have a pretty successful little first-person shooter franchise on their hands already with the Call of Duty franchise. Will Neversoft be the next addition to that team, or will they start work on their own intellectual property? It’s hard to say, but let’s hope they don’t try to create some sort of plastic peripheral for this game.
