Sega has announced today that the Sega Saturn title Guardian Heroes will be launching onto the Xbox Live Arcade platform on October 12th. Fully re-mastered in HD, gamers will be able to experience the original side-scrolling title for only 800 Microsoft points. Players will be able to enjoy the game alone or with up to twelve other friends.

This game seems to have a lot of key RPG factors like branching storylines, plot twists, five unique boss fights for different storylines, and half a dozen possible endings for the game. Just by the sound of that I would recommend this game to anyone who hasn’t played it on their Sega Saturn back in the day.
