Take-Two Taken To Court by Game Tester

While it usually takes to to make a thing go right, according to a quality assurance tester, Take-Two made things go very wrong. The plaintiff, Aaron Martinez, insists that he and other testers were not fully paid for their services, nor were the allowed required meal and rest breaks. As the life of a game tester is very stressful, Martinez is suing on behalf of his other testers. Take-Two insists none of this is true and everyone involved was compensated fully.
