Gamers get their hands on Nintendo’s holiday lineup at PAX Prime

Sounds like PAX Prime attendees are really going to be getting a chance to play some awesome stuff this year! First, it was announced that Borderlands 2 would be playable and now Nintendo’s holiday lineup will be hands-on as well! Now all you have to do is withstand the smell and the ridiculously long lines and then you are golden.

If you are unfamiliar with PAX Prime, it’s the Penny Arcade Expo and is happening this week in Seattle. The convention is open to the public, for a hefty price and is basically E3 for non-press peeps.

The Nintendo games that will be at PAX are:

Nintendo 3DS

  • Super Mario 3D Land
  • Mario Kart 7
  • Kid Icarus: Uprising
  • Star Fox 64 3D
  • The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time3D
  • Pokédex 3D
  • Along with two Sega games: Shinobi and Sonic Generations.

Wii

  • The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword
  • Kirby’s Return to Dream Land
  • Rhythm Heaven (name not final)
  • Fortune Street

Nintendo DS

  • Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker2
  • Kirby Mass Attack

That is one pretty impressive lineup, if I do say so myself. So if you’re going to PAX Prime this week, you won’t be seeing me *cries like a baby* and make sure you keep a look out for the Nintendo booth No. 462, level 4.

Oh, and don’t forget your 3DS, it’s going to be the perfect time to get those Street Passes!
