This is a recording of the press conference Konami held on the 17th of August at GamesCom 2011. During the conference they cover the following items:
1:28: Opening by Kunio Neo, president of Konami Digital Entertainment GmbH
4:54: Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker clothing line
6:14: Doctor Lautrec and the Forgotten Knights
11:45: Silent Hill: HD Collection, Silent Hill: Book of Memories and Silent Hill: Downpour
19:52: NeverDead
24:00: PES 2012
Please excuse any shakiness, we got there a bit late and thus had less than ideal seats. Everything should still be clear enough though, plus I’ve inserted raw footage (which I could find) to give you a better picture of what was shown.
Yeah, agreed. The one that looked best to me was NeverDead and it played fine too, but it’s nothing special either. Not very impressive overall indeed.
I was kind of curious about that as well. I also didn’t see it on the showfloor (although I might have missed it). The only thing I saw there MGS related was the 3DS game, which I have no real interest in to be honest.

I wonder if they’re going to reveal better things at TGS….cause they’re really lacking in games.

NeverDead does look good but I’m curious to know why there is no more coverage on Metal Gear Rising?
